PRIVATE SESSIONS
Sessions are offered in the private movement studio, home to the Gyrotonic Pulley Tower Unit. These one-on-one movement training sessions offer privacy from the rest of the building, and are always individualized to meet your unique movement needs.
GROUP CLASSES
Group Mat Pilates classes are held in the Red Jasper Event Studio. Classes accommodate for larger class numbers while still providing modifications and beneficial cueing so that participants get the most out of their workout.
