Located within beautiful Red Jasper Studios, SOL Movement Center is a private movement studio home to the Gyrotonic Pulley Tower Unit. Group Pilates classes are held in the Red Jasper Event Studio.

Sessions are always one-on-one with Hannah, and offer privacy from the rest of the building.
Group classes accommodate for larger class numbers while still providing modifications and beneficial cueing so that participants get the most out of their workout.
